NAPERVILLE OPENING

Morton's The Steakhouse had a lot to celebrate on Thursday, March 6, 2008. That evening marked the opening of Morton's 79th world-wide restaurant in Naperville, IL as well as the company's launch of its national partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation^® of America. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Morton's launched their "30 Wishes for 30 Years" campaign, committed to raising enough funds nationwide to grant 30 wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions. The event on March 7 was hosted by the esteemed guest of honor, Peter Mondavi, Jr., of the Charles Krug Winery, who has had a long-standing relationship with Morton's The Steakhouse and the Make-A-Wish Foundation^®. Through a silent and live auction, almost $40,000 was raised, with 100 percent of the proceeds going directly to the Make-A-Wish Foundation^®!
