Air Culinaire and Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. (NYSE: MRT) are taking in-flight fine dining to new heights through a new partnership that will offer Morton's legendary steaks and cuisine to private aviation clients and passengers for the first time.
Air Culinaire, a leading provider of premium in-flight catering and concierge services for business aircraft owners and corporate jet operators, will offer signature selections from Morton's The Steakhouse, home of the "Best Steak Anywhere." Effective immediately, aviation clients and customers in 12 of Air Culinaire's 14 U.S. markets will have the option of placing orders with Air Culinaire for select Morton's menu offerings, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Working directly with Morton's steakhouses in each market, Air Culinaire will coordinate the logistics, packaging, delivery and onboard service of each Morton's order. Operators and flight crews will be able to order Morton's legendary USDA prime steaks as well as succulent seafood, appetizers, side dishes and tempting desserts that are usually served on the ground at Morton's 80 steakhouses around the world.
