Morton's The Steakhouse is not responsible for shipping delays due to courier error or inclement weather.

Morton's The Steakhouse is unable to determine delivery time for orders shipped via "First Class Mail". Orders shipped via First Class Mail are not able to be tracked. If the customer has not received their order within a reasonable amount of time, the order will be reshipped via the original shipping method. If the customer would like to have it reshipped via another method, the additional cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Gift Cards may be used at all Morton's with the exception of Hong Kong and Singapore.
(A paper gift certificate will be sent for all orders being shipped to Hong Kong and Singapore.)

Orders placed after 2 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day.

There will be an additional charge for International shipping.
